Welcome to U V Foundations's "KuralinKural" - the Learning Management System (LMS). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our LMS platform. By accessing or using our LMS, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration:

You must register for an account to access certain features of our LMS. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use:

You agree to use our LMS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You may not use our LMS in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our platform or interfere with any other party's use of our LMS.

3. Intellectual Property:

Our LMS and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by "U V Foundation".

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our LMS without our prior written consent.

4. User Content:

Our LMS may allow you to submit, upload, or display content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and documents ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

5. Privacy:

Your use of our LMS is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our LMS, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Notice.

6. Termination:

We may terminate or suspend your access to our LMS immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use our LMS will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of our platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties:

Our LMS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we undertake best of efforts, We do not warrant that our LMS will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall "U V Foundation" or its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our LMS.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In case of any dispute on any matter, the same shall be settled by an arbitrator mutually agreed by both parties at Chennai, India. The court of jurisdiction shall be the High Court of Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our LMS after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
